Born in Jilin, China, in October, 1965, Wanqing Sheng graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in fine arts from the Department Of Fine Arts, Jilin University of the Arts in 1991. Upon university graduation, he was assigned to an art teaching job in Beijing, and is now a professional artist.
