Our return policy is effective for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the artwork must meet one of the following conditions:
– Arrived damaged
– Significantly not as described
You must contact us immediately upon receiving the item with clear photographs.
We do not generally accept returns for reasons other than the above, due to the unique nature of
art.
To initiate a return:
– Contact us at info@goldenarts.co
– Include your receipt or proof of purchase
– Wait for return approval and instructions
Do not return any artwork directly to the artist or manufacturer. All returns must be coordinated
through Golden Arts.
Upon return approval, we may provide a local, regional, or domestic return address depending on your location.
Please do not ship the artwork back to the artist or to France.
The following items are not eligible for return:
– Gift cards
– Downloadable or digital products
– Custom or commissioned artworks
Once the returned artwork is received and inspected:
– We will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund
– If approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business
days
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
If your refund has not appeared:
1. Recheck your bank account
2. Contact your credit card company
3. Check with your bank regarding processing delays

Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Discounted or sale items are non-refundable.
We only replace items that are damaged or not as described. To request an exchange, contact info@goldenarts.co.
– If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit upon return.
– If it wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift-giver’s address, we’ll issue a refund to the gift giver.
– Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
– Shipping fees are non-refundable.
– If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance due to the value of original artworks.
Partial refunds may be granted in cases where:
– The artwork is not returned in its original condition
– There is damage not due to our error
Golden Arts reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions.
